Get up and running with EnrichlyAI in just a few minutes:

Create Your Account
Sign up at enrichlyai.io/signup with your email address. You'll get instant access to the Free plan with 10 searches per month. -
Configure Your First Search
Navigate to New Search and choose between Business Search or People Search. Enter your search criteria including location, business types, or job titles. -
Run the Search
Click "Start Search" and watch as EnrichlyAI discovers and enriches your results in real-time. You'll see progress updates as each record is found. -
Export or Sync Results
Once complete, download your results as CSV or connect your CRM to sync directly. Go to Integrations to set up your CRM connection.

Business Search
Business Search helps you discover local merchants and businesses based on location, business type, and market category. Results include contact information, social media profiles, ratings, and more.
Search Parameters
- Location - City, State, ZIP code, or "Nationwide" for US-wide searches
- Business Types - Restaurant, Salon, Grocery, Gym, etc. (optional - leave blank for all types)
- Market Category - General Market or Ethnic Market
- Ethnic Focus - African, Caribbean, Asian, Hispanic/Latino, etc. (if Ethnic Market selected)
- Target Results - Maximum number of results to return

People Search helps you find professionals and decision-makers based on job title, location, and other criteria. Results include contact information, company details, and social profiles.
Search Parameters
- Job Title - CEO, Marketing Director, Pastor, Doctor, etc.
- Location - City, State, ZIP code, or "Nationwide"
- Gender - Filter by gender (optional)
- Target Results - Maximum number of contacts to return

TOJU Confirmation
Wide net searches (nationwide or all business types) require typing "TOJU" to confirm. This prevents accidental broad searches that may return less targeted results.

EnrichlyAI integrates with popular CRM systems to automatically sync your enriched data. All integrations use secure OAuth 2.0 authentication - your CRM credentials are never stored by EnrichlyAI.

How It Works

Connect Your CRM
Go to Integrations and click "Connect" on your CRM. You'll be redirected to authorize access. -
Create Custom Fields
Create the EnrichlyAI custom fields in your CRM (see setup guides below). Standard fields like name and phone work automatically. -
Run a Search
Run your business or people search as normal. -
Sync to CRM
After the search completes, click "Sync to CRM" to transfer your enriched data.
HubSpot Setup Guide
Connect EnrichlyAI to HubSpot to sync business search results as Companies and people search results as Contacts.
Step 1: Connect HubSpot
- Go to Integrations in EnrichlyAI
- Click "Connect HubSpot"
- Sign in to your HubSpot account when prompted
- Grant EnrichlyAI permission to access your CRM
- You'll be redirected back with a success message
Step 2: Create Property Group
Before creating custom properties, create a property group to keep them organized:
- In HubSpot, go to Settings → Properties
- Select Company properties (or Contact properties)
- Click "Create group"
- Name it
EnrichlyAI - Click Save
Important
Create the property group in both Company properties AND Contact properties if you'll be syncing both business and people searches.

Salesforce Setup Guide
Connect EnrichlyAI to Salesforce to sync business search results as Leads or Accounts.
Step 1: Connect Salesforce
- Go to Integrations in EnrichlyAI
- Click "Connect Salesforce"
- Log in to your Salesforce org when prompted

- You'll be redirected back with a success message

Zoho CRM Setup Guide
Connect EnrichlyAI to Zoho CRM to sync business and people search results as Leads or Contacts.

- Go to Integrations in EnrichlyAI

How accurate is the data?
EnrichlyAI uses Google Places API as our primary data source, which is highly accurate for business information. Social media profiles are verified against business names and websites to ensure accuracy.
Can I search internationally?
Currently, EnrichlyAI is optimized for businesses in the United States. International coverage is coming soon. Searches outside the US may return limited results.
What happens if I hit my plan limit?
If you reach your monthly search limit, you can upgrade your plan at any time. Your existing data and search history are preserved.
Is my CRM data safe?
Yes. EnrichlyAI uses OAuth 2.0 authentication for all CRM integrations. We never store your CRM credentials. You can disconnect at any time.
What's the difference between "TOJU" and regular confirmation?
"TOJU" is required for wide net searches (nationwide or all business types) to prevent accidental broad searches. It's a safety feature to ensure you get targeted, quality results.
Troubleshooting
CRM Connection Failed
- Ensure you're logged into the correct CRM account
- Check that your CRM edition supports OAuth integrations
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting
- Clear your browser cookies and try again
"Property does not exist" Error
This means a custom field hasn't been created in your CRM. Check that:
- The property internal name matches exactly (case-sensitive)
- The property is in the correct object (Companies vs Contacts)
- You've saved the property after creating it
Empty Custom Fields After Sync
- Verify the field type is compatible (don't put text in a Number field)
- Check if EnrichlyAI has that data (view the CSV export to verify)
- Ensure the internal name matches exactly
Duplicate Records in CRM
EnrichlyAI deduplicates before sync using:
- Email (for Contacts/People)
- Phone + Company Name (for Companies/Businesses)
- Google Place ID (for Businesses)
